Who we are

This website is run by Boardroom Academy Club (“we” and “us”). This notice explains what we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Interest list: your name, email, career stage and what you are interested in.
• Nominations: your name and email, and the name and email of the woman you nominate, how you know her and why you believe she is ready.
• Self-Assessment: your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to us. If you ask us to email your results, we receive your email, your first name if you give it, the stage you chose and your results.
• Contact form: your name, email, topic and message.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you: to email the results you asked for, to reply to your message, to tell you when applications open if you joined the interest list, and to follow up on a nomination.

We send Club news only if you opt in, by joining the interest list or by ticking the box to receive it. You can ask us to stop at any time through the contact form, or by replying to any email from us.

If you have been nominated

If someone nominates you, we use your name and email only to contact you about the Club. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who processes it

Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. As our host, Netlify also processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Links to LinkedIn and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Send your request through the contact form and choose “A privacy request”.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
